This is a hands-on leadership position requiring deep knowledge of print production processes within the signage and/or large-format printing industry. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing people, projects, and production equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the printer/cutter operators and workflow into / out of pre-fabrication machines.
